Residential Addiction Recovery Programs in California
The Residential Addiction Treatment Program offered at Bella Monte Recovery Center is designed to create a solid foundation for a successful recovery from substance abuse problems and co-occurring mental illness. This highly structured program offers a comprehensive mind, body, and spirit approach that not only helps with these problems, but allows for treatments suited for a variety of client needs.
Our series of assessments have been designed to determine the client’s primary motivation and incentive to get clean and sober. The overall goal of this phase of the program is to detox the client from drugs or alcohol and to begin teaching clients how to control their symptoms, reduce their isolation, and increase their social connections and communication with others. Each client is given a thorough individualized treatment plan to provide the groundwork for long-term recovery. If a client has undergone treatment in the past, our attuned staff build and expand on those experiences to re-create a foundation of recovery.
Every client receives more than 40 hours per week of individual and group therapy from one or more of our credentialed therapists. We have our clients look at their substance abuse history, negative consequences, and other factors that influenced their decisions to drink or abuse drugs. During this time, they will participate in educational workshops, address issues such as substance abuse or co-occurring mental illness, develop coping skills, and begin learning how to preserve their recovery for life.
